SkyTime365 ("we", "our", or "the app") is an employee attendance and leave management application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use SkyTime365 on your mobile device.

To provide the app's functionality, the following information is used:

• Username — used to authenticate you with your company server
• Employee ID and employee code — used to load your attendance records
• Attendance logs — check-in and check-out times loaded from your server
• Leave records — leave requests and history loaded from your server
• Salary information — payroll data loaded from your server
• Server URL — the address of your company's server, stored locally on your device
• Authentication token — a session token stored locally on your device

💾 How we store your data

All data displayed in SkyTime365 is fetched directly from your company's server and is not stored permanently on your device, except for:

• Your server URL — saved locally so you don't re-enter it each time
• Your authentication token — saved locally to keep you logged in
• Your user profile — saved locally for display purposes

This locally stored data is kept in your device's secure storage and is removed when you log out or uninstall the app.

🔒 Data security

All communication between SkyTime365 and your company server is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted). Your password is never stored on your device — only the session token issued after a successful login is kept locally.

🌐 Third-party services

SkyTime365 does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

The app does not share your data with any third parties.

The app does not contain advertisements.

👶 Children's privacy

SkyTime365 is intended for use by employees aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us immediately.

✏️ Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data stored locally on your device at any time
• Delete locally stored data by logging out or uninstalling the app
• Request deletion of your account data from your company administrator
